Great property, not quite perfect as it pertains to Covid safety
The hotel was great; however, there was one staff member and some guests in the lobby not wearing their masks properly (in the case of the guests, they weren't wearing any masks at all) and that made us quite uncomfortable. The room, however, was clean and perfect for a 2-night stay and the woman at the desk in the morning was incredibly helpful.
Overnight stay to Atlanta
This has got to be one of the cleanest and well kept hotels that I've ever been in. I was surprised to learn that the hotel was three years old as I was comparing it to another Hilton property that I had stayed in two weeks prior and it was 3 months old. I was given a corner suite with huge windows and was disappointed that I couldn't stay longer. Whatever it is that you guys are doing, just keep it up. I shall return!
Great hotel and staff
I have stayed here four times. Very clean hotel and convenient to the interstate. Feel safe staying here. There is a McDonalds within walking distance and several restaurants in the Berry Farms area. Love Franklin.
Hotel exceeded my expectations
I stayed at the hotel with my two kids on our way from Florida back to Indiana. We haven’t traveled since the beginning on pandemic and I was quiet nervous especially traveling with kids. I was so impressed with this hotel. Not only is it new and modern, the level of COVID prevention was top notch. All of the staff I came in contact with had masks on, cleaning products were clearly displayed, our room had hand wipes on the desk, bathroom had a sign talking about extra cleaning measures that were taken, remote control was disinfected and wrapped in a plastic sleeve. I was very impressed when after using a luggage cart I was on my way to put it back at the entrance when one of the staff members stopped me so they could clean and disinfect it. The room smelled fresh, AC unit was quiet, beds were comfortable. Great job, Hampton Inn. You are going above and beyond with COVID prevention measures and I applaud you for it!
Long weekend getaway!
Stayed here for 3 nights. Nice hotel in a up and coming area. We visited family who lives in the Spring Hill area. Hotel was clean. Breakfast on the weekend was served by hotel staff with social distancing. Not a lot of options but good enough. Nashville only 25 mins away. If you get a chance go into to town of Franklin was such a cute town with lots to do.
