Worse Hilton
Reviewed 28 june, 2022
Do not pay for poor service, little to no amenities, and outdated hotel. No one answers the phone for assistance. The restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel was the worst Hilton that I’ve stayed at in my life.

Makes Me Question Why I'm A Diamond Member

Nice hotel, OK sleep, but no complimentary breakfast. Some lame excuse about not having staff. We were supposed to get some points back in credit in return. Two weeks later, nothing. No returned points. In the past, we've been given a voucher to a local place when Hilton didn't have a breakfast available. This was just lame. Step it up, Hilton-- the Marriot chain is just as good and does not let things like this drop.

Nice Hotel - Where's the complimentary breakfast?

Nice hotel. Wish folks would promptly drop off/pick up at front door, not leave parked cars at entrance - esp when a downpour is imminent. Also would have liked a complimentary breakfast - we just went out to a nearby restaurant instead. The room was nice and clean. We'll be back.

Very nice hotel not far off of 95. Booked a 2 queen bed room for just one night. 3 people in total in our party. We were traveling from NC up to PA & stayed overnight here to rest. Room has a microwave & mini fridge. Large LG television with accessible HDMI port on the back if you have a streaming box (Roku etc) or an XBox. The channels were basic cable and a few HBO channels. AC was controlled by what appeared to be an old thermostat on the wall which allowed cool air to come out of the unit across the room near the window, to my surprise it worked quite well & kept the room nice & cool. The toilet paper roll was weirdly far from the toilet. Bathroom sink is actually inside the bathroom which is a plus for me unlike other hotels where they put the sink outside the bathroom. They offer Neutrogena toiletries (conditioner, shampoo, lotion & soap bar). Lots of towels. Microwave worked fine, fridge kept drinks cold. Restaurant was closed that night & the next day due to a staffing shortage, but we were only there for one night & had no intentions of using the restaurant. Lobby is beautifully updated. Staff was all very nice. Main lobby doors will lock after 11pm therefore if you go to your car or go outside to smoke you have to swipe your card to get back in or someone at the desk lets you in. There are however other exit doors to use after 11pm one of which has a cigarette receptacle outside of it. There is a small marketplace type of area near reception, they had basic snacks & drinks and actually had some beer in the fridge for sale. I did not see any free standing vending machines. There was an ice machine on every floor. They have a fitness room which says it closes at 10pm, they have a pool also. Elevator buttons gave me a static electricity-like shock once in the hallway & again inside the elevator, no idea why. The rooms do need a slight upgrade but that's subjective & just my opinion. In the area there is a WaWa not far away, we only went there for dinner. There are two other hotels on both sides of this hotel, they kind of all sit tucked back there. The hotel was very clean, no issues, no major complaints. No mold, no smells, no nothing, just clean & comfortable. The LG tv in the room was awesome too. If I'm in that area again will definitely consider staying once again.

This place sucks

I sent a lot of time in motels due to my job. I stayed at this Hampton Inn as it is 1 mile from my job. The quality of this place is lower then a Super 8. Breakfast are very low quantity, my bathroom has black mold at the base of the shower. The room has no microwave and the refrigerator is smaller than your eighth grade Scooby Doo lunchbox. Now they call me and wonder when I’m leaving because somebody has already booked my room when I specifically told them I was staying from Monday till Thursday morning this place is a disgrace to Hampton Inn you have better quality and amenities at a Holiday Inn express. My recommendation is to find another location this is unacceptable for the quality Hampton Inn portrays
