The best place you can get rest at Queen head if it wasn't for the best person in the world Nick I wouldn't stay there it's always clean meat and quiet and safe for me and my friends and family I will recommend this everybody that I know from here on out
Nice and Clean
Thank you for housing me I enjoyed my stay. I was going to go to one of the other locations but I accidently made reservations for there and was glad that I did. The hotel was clean and you could smell the freshness upon walk in. Not only was it clean after every guest the clerk cleaned the counter area. The best part they are pet friendly for a small fee.
Very Nice Hotel
This hotel did everything that the on line travel agency stated they will do except for the grab and go breakfast due to covid 19 its discontinued for the time being The rooms were clean, staff was nice, and great eateries nearby. The best part this location had dishes.

I always come to this location 3 times a year when I am visiting my family. Everyone is helpful and friendly. There was once an incident with a young man was delighted to hear he is not longer working there. His customer service didnt match the others. I will be back for Christmas

Our stay was awful. We came to the room, that smelled of cigarette smoke, their solution was giving us some kind of spray and telling us spray with it and surely that didn't help, everything went downhill from this point: Black mold in shower Other humans hairs Everything was sticky in the room It seemed there was some kind of bodily fluids all over the place, on the bed over head Blood on the bed sheets? Human nails on the ground. Some kind of fluids on window curtains Left written complaint, nobody contacted Called customer service, promissed to call back in 2 days, nobody contacted They don't care about you!!!!! Run!!!
