Amazing
What a wonderful week we spent here. The staff is super helpful, especially Laura. Provided us with the necessities that we needed during this stay. Rooms are CLEAN and stocked with what you need, even right down to the silverware! Highly recommend this inn for what ever reason that you need!
A little haven
Even with the pandemic we were satisfied with the cleanliness and comfortability of this hotel. The staff were great. Special mention to the front office staff Samatha who went out of her way to bring some bathroom necessities because housekeeping is gone for the day. Though there was no continental buffet breakfast that we are used to. The package grab and go breakfast was sufficient. Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the 2 bedroom suite. Thank you
Clean and pleasant
Love Marriott, almost always a clean pleasant experience and here was too. nice ppl at front desk, very clean feeling room, nice breakfast bag (covid style), and when TV wasn't functioning properly they refunded some points which was appreciated.
Great stay at Residence Inn Fresno
Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They recommended a great Mexican food restaurant a few miles away, when asked for local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable, and centrally located. Only issue with covid restriction was reservations needed for pool, but completely understandable.
Derek is the man!
I had the pleasure of staying at Residence Inn and was checked in by Derek, a friendly veteran who did his best to ensure I had a pleasant stay! In the morning I was similarly checked out by a friendly lady. Service is fantastic here! The only small thing I would say is the room has an interesting scent to it probably due to it having a kitchenette and previous people cooked all sorts of things. Thank you Derek for making my stay enjoyable!
