Good standard room with free and good Wi-fi. Breakfast also good but mainly Japanese. Rooms are small but have everything you need including a good size bed. A bit expensive for a Route Inn. Has spa bath available. Rooms recently refurbished and now huge step up to the bathroom which is very dangerous in the night.
Typical Route Inn that you find all over Japan. Standard small room and bathroom. Stayed for one night in this business hotel. Very good free Wi-fi. Japanese breakfast. Well located for many restaurants and bars near the town centre. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Beds are very hard and rice pillows. Bathroom is very small. Very little storage. Clean and good but hard bed, and hotel has all you need. Good for short stay. Will stay again.

It's a business hotel
It's fine for a short stay, which is what they are designed for. The rooms are typical of this type of hotel and are clean, which is most important. It is good value to stay here. Not a great deal to do close by but adequate for my needs. Stay here each visit and will continue to do so.
Well this hotel is not in Kofu city.. which I thought it was... its a good 15 kms away in Isawa Onsen.. which was a tad annoying as I assumed it was in Kofu... silly me.. anyway it was only a 5 minute train ride and Y200 back to Kofu, but it was a Y900 taxi from the Hotel to Isawa station. Its a reasonable Hotel, in Europe it would be a travelling salesman place, its not a tourist hotel by any means, having said that its comfortable with fair sized rooms, breakfast is pretty good actually, and the restaurant cheap and OK. Public bath, free and good wifi, vending machines, free coffee in the lobby, close to major road so the usual range of road side eateries all the way around. Its OK to explore Kofu from here but you really need a car.
