Fantastic stay!!
We've been at Galway Bay Hotel just before Christmas. The location of the hotel is superb. Facing to the Galway Bay and promenade you can drive to the city in 5 minutes or walk in 40 minutes by the sea. All the Staff at the hotel are fantastic people but we would love to say special thanks to Karolina at the restaurant who looked after us so well. Nothing is a problem for this Lady. Hopefully we will be back soon! Cheers!
Birthday celebration
Myself and my 4 girlfriends were celebrating birthdays. We were treated in a very special way by Karolina and her staff on our dinner. We got a bottle of persecco with their complements to make us fill special. It’s a very beautiful hotel with most mannerly and respectful staff. I will gladly and look forward to come back again.
Wonderful night in Galway
We stayed at the Galway Bay and it was lovely. The room are decorated in a classic style. The hotel services are fantastic and we loved everything. The dinner and breakfast next morning were excellent. I had few dietary requirements because I am a dairy free and a gluten free and I have to say that Karolina in the hotel restaurant made sure I was looked after so well with all requests. We were very impressed with Covid regulations and felt very safe there. I hope to return again soon.

We had a lovely 2 night mid-week stay at the hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I have to say it was wonderful stay. Lovely comfortable room, excellent food...friendly and efficient staff. Karolina in the dinning room make our memories very special. She treated us with a glass of bubbly and lovely dessert plate. Small things make a difference. Thank you again.
