Stay Away. This newer hotel has zero maintenance and is in disrepair and many issues go ignored. Breakfast = no meat, no eggs. Pancake machine broken. Juice machine broken. Coffee is brewed once daily and cold afternoon. Milk was being refrigerated in the area where soda was supposed to be for sale. Fridge with cold foods empty. Blinds in room broken. Door in bathroom sticks to floor! No ice containers. PC/tablet in business center removed so no printing boarding passes. No board/card games in rec area. Pool table was functional! Beds are comfortable. A/C unit kept coming on unexpectedly. I’ve stayed at TRU before - this one is awful.

This hotel checked ALL the boxes: location, safety, cleanliness, comfort, friendly/helpful staff, shower, great beds & furniture. The breakfast was superb ... awesome selections, great hot coffee, CLEAN, super friendly Irma keeping it all together. I will definitely go back.

This was a Great hotel I loved the stay, they have such friendly staff, and the rooms was definitely very Comfortable, and they are located in a good and Safe nice location rite off and close by the hiway

I checked into a room with 2 queen beds with my kids. After the second night, I got bitten by bed bugs. As one of the beds had a bed bug and there were traces of blood on the pillow & bed sheet. Then went to the bathroom & there was a big roach wandering around. Went to customer service & then they switch me to another room. Plus the room bathroom floor tile was loose. On the last day, I went to the pool with my kids, the pool water was not water with chlorine, it was chlorine with water. Got our swim clothes bleached & irritated eyes. It was a terrible experience.

Their staff is friendly, great location, rooms are clean and always attentive to my needs. We been visiting this location for a while and will continue, keep up the good job. It’s hard to find good customer service this days.
