Always my choice when family and friends visit
This Sleep Inn gives consistent service every time I book a stay. I have been using this hotel for over 15 years and the rooms are always clean, the staff is courteous and I like little amenities like the candy dish at the front desk. My family and friends have never complained about their stay and it is conveniently located by local attractions. I prefer Sleep Inn Garner over all the other hotels in the area and they have very reasonable prices.
satisfactory stay
I rated this 4 due to several nuisance problems in the room: leaky faucet, spray out of faucet, clunky shower door, loose toilet seat. We had the feeling things were getting old and there was a lack of attention to detail. We did have a comfortable sleep and that is what we were there for. Should we be in the area we would use the facility again although I could't really recommend it to anyone else as a great place to stay.
Convenient Location
Great overnight spot! Our room was a bit smaller than I’ve had at other Sleep Inn’s but I think it was just where it was located in the building. Coffee in the lobby is WONDERFUL!! Breakfast was convenient too! This is a great location to then he’d into downtown Raleigh which we did.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Checked in Sunday booked thru Friday...Wednesday after work my key card didn't work. Walked clear a cross the motel to get a new key card (pissed) the young man at the desk told me it was my fault because I had my key card to close to magnetic card readers. Hum...So my fault??? NO...WTF. (Maybe...Sorry sir hate that that happened) So now I wondering what it costs for me to run the hot water in my shower and sink 24/7 for 3 days??? Good customer service??? NOT... You don't even try to blame thing on your customers. FU

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly They made me feel welcome Bue , Creig, Nathalia and JONATHAN ( he was hand down the perfect host ) I’m a very antisocial person but they made me feel very comfortable and I definitely recommended staying there!!😍👍🏾🎊
