Really great location
The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The front desk service was great, and the Bistro was really nice. Quick walk to the main street for shopping and touristy things. Only downfall to the trip was that the fireplace was out of order during our stay. With the snowfall, that would have been a very nice experience.
Horrible Experience. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !
We are Marriott Titanium Members and MVC club members. This is by far the most horrendous experience we have ever had in ANY hotel anywhere. The staff is nowhere to be found. Housekeeping doesn’t answer the phone and always hide behind the misguided COVID Policy. Our Room cannot and will not be cleaned. We, as paying guests, close to 400 dollars a night don’t have even toilet paper. We have to clean our own bathroom and whenever we finally find any staff to interact with, they are very rude and seem to be annoyed to be working. Please do yourself a BIG FAVOR and DO NOT stay in this property. The property is in a state of abandonment and I am sure the people working here could care less about their guests, or even their jobs for that matter. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS !
Price change what they told me.
I stayed at this hotel just one night. When we get to the hotel the front desk told me that it was $209.00 x night. They never show me the reservations or anything like that. I'm seeing the invoice now and they charge me $309.00. I'm calling the manager now and he told me that he heard the conversations about me saying $209.00 and the front desk saying $309. He never told me its $309.00. So I'm very disappointed with the front desk of this hotel, because my wife and I we both heard that it was $209 and because they never show you a document that show the price. There is something that doesn't sound right.
Best service rooms and employees
I stayed here to set up a conference room on business. It started at check in most help with a beautiful room. Later in the evening Homer came to help me set up tables and get ready go the next day. He was did everything just as needed over the top. The next morning Randolph was there to set up all projector and cord needs. Home came back to assist in taking down the room with me and packing up. I couldn't have possibly asked for more help than these gentleman offered and went above and beyond. Kyle even shipped a box out for me and took to ups on his way home.... 5 star I'll be coming back here.
Soccer tournament Holiday
Nice location, well kept hotel. My main complaint would be temperature of the pool and spa- both were too cold- not sure if management is trying to save money in this area but I would encourage them to consider increasing the temperatures of both as this is a big selling feature for families. Also, it would be nice to have the outdoor fire pit open in the courtyard. Indoor fireplace was a lovely feature as well as the indoor bar- bistro area.... conveniently located. Balcony was also nice- pretty view.
