Booked a family deluxe for one night. Room was spacious but smelled like smoke, ironically signs of non-smoking and fines for smoking were everywhere. Bathroom very tiny and smelled even worse of smoke. Sofa was tattered and dirty. White Bed seemed clean until I pulled covers to find chips of paint (?) couldn't sleep under them after that since doubted it was clean. No mini bar, no coffee or tea, no phone so couldn't call reception when wireless internet password was nowhere to be found. Also if you're driving there is practically no parking at the hotel. I gave this one star because it was relatively inexpensive for the size of room and location was convenient. Wouldn't stay here again though.

Location is strategic. Near to usm, komplex belia sukan, taman tun saadon food bazaar, recsam, light project , egate, jbt perikanan and jbt laut. 15 only to the heritage site. This is a new hotel equipment with beautiful lift. The spa is under construction. The hotel has a cosy cafe for nice and quiet cup of coffee. There is also a roof top garden. Beautiful especially during bight time.

The rooms were cute and clean. Fan, AC, clean beds, quiet, Although our showers were cold. The staff was very friendly, however they did not know much about touristy things to do. The location was okay, there is food and a corner store right beside us, and a bus station across. However we had to take the bus or a taxi to get near any of the attractions or the malls.

Huge And Nice with low price. The price is Just 130 for a nice room with large spaces. The decoration in the room is beautiful And I never expect I will get this large room with Just Rm100.. however the parking is limited
