DUMP

Reviewed 8 july, 2017

do yourself a favor and stay away. If you want nasty sheets, smelly hotel, roaches, condoms in vending machine - then this is your place. What a friggin dump. Drive down the street and stay at a nicer place for the same price! What a mistake! Worst place ever!!

The majority of clients at this "hotel" are long-term residents. Many cockroaches. Our first room had a leaky bath faucet which dripped loudly all weekend. We were moved to a better room on the main floor but came home to a massive water leak in the walls. The staff were helpful and as accommodating as they could be but overall not the best place. They only clean the rooms on Fridays. We arrived on Friday so had we stayed in the same room for the whole eight nights it would have been very unpleasant. The price was very economical so I guess you get what you pay for...

After 12 years, never again

Reviewed 12 april, 2017

My husband and I have been staying here at least twice a year for the last 12 years. We visit our son and his family and the hotel is very convenient to their home. When it was Crestwood Suites, it was a lovely place to stay. Not only a great weekly rate, the rooms were always clean and we enjoyed the toaster, coffee machine, utensils, dishes, pots and pans and full size kitchen. The building was well maintained. We showed up a few years ago for one of our regular visits and found the name changed to Intown Suites. When we checked in, we found the room stripped of all extra items. No coffee machine, no toaster, no dishes, silverware or cookware. In the past, if you needed toilet paper or more towels, you went to the front desk and asked. No they do not give you more TP, and if you need more towels, they point you in the direction of the laundry room and tell you to wash the towels yourself. The hallways stink like stale fried food. The elevators are filthy with trash, graffiti and key scratches on the doors. The final straw came when we pulled the covers back to go to bed and there wasn't a blanket on the bed. Only a sheet and a thin polyester bed cover. The next morning when my husband complained about the lack of a blanket, the person at the front desk stated, "It's not a requirement". Really? The "guests" upstairs had a child who spent hours jumping off the love seat(?) and running across the floor, constantly. Of course, there's no one there after 9pm to complain to. Please, do not stay here. We've had enough of this place. Never again. Oh, one more thing, the security door into the back entrance to the second floor was broken (a piece of cardboard taped to the door so it wouldn't close). This was like this last year and it still is not fixed!

Never again 🙈

Upon first appearance, it doesn't look that bad, but our experience got worse and worse as the night progressed. Eventually we found two roaches in the bathroom, creepy stains on our mattress, the toilet wouldn't flush, the tub dripped hot water constantly, the beds were really small (twins), thin cheap blankets, weird smells in the hallway, and you could hear the other residents at night. We did not get a restful night of sleep.

Stayed for one week. The room was very clean staff was very friendly and helpful. Furniture in room a bit dated. General manager Pamela was very professional she did welcome call after I checked in to ensure that I was satisfied. On the second day my AC stopped blowing cold maintenance came immediately and rectified the problem.
