Room acceptable but there is no wardrobe. Bathroom of low quality. The restaurant is very bad, Barman is unable to prepare a good aperitif. breakfast is good, Clerks are kind. the hotel is in a very isolated place and difficult to get by bus.

The location is quite good, right in the middle of the college. You can see many students around in day time. The parking area is spacious. The rooms are of good size. The small cafe near reception is really nice and you can spend your afternoon quite well while reading a book with some hot coffee.

Brand New Hotel with helpful staff

We booked this hotel before it opened in August. Our two night stay was pleasant and there is a lot this hotel group are getting right. Our bed was large and comfortable, the shower was good and the accommodation fairly spacious. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The public areas are airy and good to hang out in. A professional in their late 20s working at one of the local scientific/academic institutions would no doubt like the place. Currently, it's in a bot of a building site as this part of Gif gets developed. By now, the management might well have sorted some of the design issues we encountered. You cannot hang a dress of any length in the wardrobe space. If you moved the desk to the right of the bed you could get past the single chair to get to the other side of the bed - and two chairs would be nice in a double room. There might now be a bedside table as well as the tiny bedside shelf - somewhere to put the laptop or a book and less precarious for your glass of water. And there might be a better waterproof shelf for the washbasin in the bathroom - the laminate wasn't doing well for a recent opening. It was however a good value stay and we would return.

Très bon expérience. Pas de grosse mauvaise remarque à faire : propre, prix correct, calme, ...mais un matelas de qualité moyenne. Dommage que la vue de la chambre soit...sur les autres chambres... Néanmoins, bon établissement dans l'ensemble. Je le recommande.

propere en comfortabele kamers, gelegen in een universiteitswijk van Parijs - keuken niet geopend in het weekend maar brasserie en pizzeria in de buurt - eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt in een fijne ontbijtruimte- uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
