Extreme patience is needed
I frequently eat at cafes and restaurants and I have been completely dissatisfied about customer service in the hotel’s cafe. I was walking my dog and I saw this place,I was thirsty so I sat down to drink coke and maybe eat a sandwich.I had to wait a full 30 minutes(employees there do not care about order,some people got attended as soon as they sat down and others had to go because they couldn’t wait another hour).I finally had to stand up and ask the waitress if they could attend me,10 minutes later and I could order a coke and some chips. 30 minutes passed and I had edible things.The price was high (€9.50 for 4 drinks,6 mini bread things and 1/2 a handful of chips)and the attendance appalling. I DO NOT recommend eating here
Great service
Nice little hotel. Receptionist didnt speak much English but she was very helpful to try to explain everything as good as she can. The room has everything you need. There is a nice cafe connected to The hotel that offers sandwiches, coffee and juices for breakfast at low prices. Parking is available at EUR 10/day Good restaurants nearby. You can Walk to the main shopping street in 10 min.

This is a very friendly hotel. The staff are all very nice helpful and very friendly. The owner goes that extra mile to make their guests feel welcome. The rooms are cleaned everyday and everywhere is spotless. Great value for the prices. Food was enjoyable, and a good selection of drinks. The coffee was excellent. Always received a plate of sandwiches and crisps when ordering a drink. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cheap budget holiday. Great value for money.
Super Hotel and location.
So pleased we decided on this hotel for our 1 night stay in Gijon. Good location in a really nice area. Staff very helpful at checking in , marking on the map local places to see and eat. The room , although not large , was modern , clean and comfortable. The wifi excellent - best we have had in 2 weeks of travelling. Nice cafe at entrance of hotel. We made use of the hotel underground parking - extra cost. We were recommended the restaurant 2 streets away. It was the highlight of our holiday so far. You must experience it yourself as never seen such a busy popular place with great food , service at very reasonable price. Back to the hotel again it can't be faulted , price , cleanliness , rooms and service. Would be very pleased to stay longer.
A really nice hotel
Overall it is a very nice hotel. There is a free public parking in front (if you manage to find a place). The rooms are quite modern, the reception is warm and welcoming. During my stay, I wanted to take the touristic bus tour to visit the city. The lady behind the counter handed me the brochure and a discount promotional coupon. But what you don't know that the coupon needs to be stamped by the hotel to be valid. So you get to pay the full price anyway.
