Do not eat in restaurant
All was good a part from evening meal. After finishing main course waited 40mins for desert to turn up, never did, could find no staff so went back to room. Shame as the rest of the stay was good, tidy rooms and so on
Stay at travel lodge
The service in this hotel is great the staff here is very helpful and very patient especially Monika she helped us out a lot during our stay she was very helpful and very polite and nice her service was just great
great value
amazing value, friendly staff, good location, clean room. difficult with corona just now, but the staff did their best and were very helpful. Social distancing was observed, and the staff made sure everyone was safe. Room was spacious, and everything as it should be. Only issue was the shower flooded the floor, due to water running down wall and round bath rim. Very freshly renovated bathroom, but just need something to divert water into bath.
Great Location
The Braehead Travelodge is well-located and good value for money. It is a short walk to a large shopping Centre that has many decent shops and lots of places to eat and drink. The rooms are clean, tidy and modern. The reception lady was extremely friendly and ensured we had a nice room and as much tea/coffee as we needed. Our only niggle was the bed dipped in the middle and you found yourself constantly rolling into the middle. Sleep quality was therefore poor.
Shocking
Me and my partner both stayed one night and decided to extend our stay myself and partner both dont drink and we were sitting talking to each other till around midnight we then had a complaint saying we were too loud we were actually speaking in a low tone and had the news on we were threatened that we would have to leave the hotel. Me and my partner have had a miscarriage 3 weeks ago and we done this to get a small break and we have this to deal with this is unacceptable and disgusting as we have done nothing wrong cannot believe this
