Always a great stay staff is amazing amenities are great and price is right. Always remember their repeat customers by name which is impressive shows they actually care about making stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms always clean and very comfortable beds
Very dated rooms, nice lobby

The lobby of this hotel is nice, but definitely misleading since the sleeping rooms are very dated. I'm a diamond member and this is the worst Hilton I've been in. Some positives - the parking is free and you are walking distance to a few restaurants. The location wasn't especially convenient to my work meeting so I'm unsure why this location was picked. Several of my coworkers stayed across the way at the Park Hyatt and they raved about it - since I"m a Hilton customer I went with this one - based on what they shared, I think I would have preferred staying at the Park Hyatt!
Front of the house great! Rooms horrible!

Simply put do not stay here. Definitely not like any other Hilton I’ve stayed at. They have updated the front and have great staff. Rooms are just 1 and half star! Please fix this location Hilton!!!!!
Family Run Makes A Difference

Very nice and clean hotel in suburbia. Loads of chain shopping and restaurants around. The hotel is run by a family and they are very responsible. Unfortunately, they don’t maximize the Hilton name - I was not recognized as HHonors Gold Member and thus, I was not offered any amenities. They need some training.
One of my worse experiences with Hilton

As a 200+ night a year traveler, I typically try to stay at Hiltons. This experience has soured that experience. Came in late in evening and was told that even though I had a reservation, they could not accomodate me since I could not find my confirmation number and they did not have a reservation. I was the only person checking in so asked the agent if she could do a search and discover the issue and/or find me another room. I was told she could not and she didn't have the time to help me locate another hotel. I eventually booked a Hampton Inn myself and received directions from her that proved to be incorrect - took me over 30 extra minutes to find my hotel. Garden Inn was older looking, needed an update, and noisy - perhaps it worked out for the best.
