Nice staff. not the cleanest place.

This place takes in homeless. It also has a visible presence of substance abusers. The first room we were offered smelt of cigarettes and uring. The second room didn't smell but the bathtub was dyed maroon (which came out with tub and tile cleaner) only the seat and inside bowl of the toilet was cleaned (also fixedd with tub and tile cleaner.) The floor needed a better sweep and needed a mop. We had a dog and they charged 25 a night. After we left we stayed in Best Western for the same price, they charge15 for a pet. Best Western was much cleaner, had a hot breakfast, no homeless looking folks and no one wandering the property high or drunk.

The cleanliness of the rooms are a 10 and some of the staff are great . Pauline has to be the best . She greets you with a warm friendly smile , she so helpful , and always in a great mood . Her customer service is beyond great .

Pauline was very helpful, and is always willing to go out of the way to make sure you are very comfortable and satisfied. She will make sure everything is accommodating to fit each and every guest!!!!

My hotel stay was good. Pauline provided excellent customer service she is very helpful. The hotel can use updates. But overall not too bad if you just need a place to stay for the night or a few days.

Very decent compared to other area hotels

Room was clean,staff was polite and helpful, all amenities in room like A/C, fridge, stove and even hair dryer worked great.Ive had bad experiences with broken amenities so it's a pet peeve. Only issue I had was being on the 1st floor, the people in the room over top of us sounded like they were 2000lb people walking across the floor and kids running in halls.Easy access to the door comes with a noisy price.
