Awesome breakfast and friendly, helpful staff!
The room was great and the staff were wonderful. Rosie and Gonzalo at breakfast made sure we had everything we needed and were so welcoming and attentive. The front desk staff helped me search the hotel shuttle and lost and found when I lost my purse (found it eventually!), and everybody seemed to really genuinely care about creating a positive experience for our stay.
Tiny Beds
The queens are more like fulls and the lobby smelt. When we went to our room the plumbing wasn't functioning properly. We had to call to get it serviced. The parking is $23 but that's to be expected in LA
Great People Make a Great Hotel
I have been staying at the Hilton Glendale on Mondays for a few months now and really love the people at the hotel. In particular, Aida who always gives me such a warm welcome and makes sure I am happy with my room. Also, Rosie and Gonzalo in the morning breakfast restaurant who always welcome me with a smile and make sure everything is to my liking (The blueberry pancakes are AWESOME!). The hotel is clean, fresh, and being renovated with really nice new interiors. I highly recommend this hotel to any traveler who wants a personal touch.
Love this hotel
Even though the office is over 50 miles from this hotel, I love coming here. Staff for breakfast is amazing. I had Gonzalo as my server my whole visit last week and he was perfect from beginning to end. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. Bartenders at night were very friendly as well. Will always come to this hotel when I am here for work.
Leo the Great
It was our first time at Hilton in Glendale. We had a great front desk receptionist by the name of Leo. Very helpful and professional in every aspects. Great customer skills and oh did I tell you he will be a great Manager😊
