Excellent Hotel
A new hotel from the Ibis chain. Not so many amenities but it is compensated with a very friendly staff and great services. The hotel is located a short walk distance from several restaurants and close to several touristic and shopping sites. Recommended!
I had a good time in a nice place !
One of the best Accor Styles hotel I ever stayed in. With a very tastefull art déco decoration, good food and kitchen service.The hotel is well located . The reception staff is very competent, and helpfull.
Very nice staf
People-staf are so friendly and nice!! A special thanks to Mariana, who was so helpful with all guests. The Hotel has the morning coffee very tasteful, with a good assortment of Brazilian fresh fruit and specialties snacks as " pão de queijo " which has pretty much cheese than other places in Brazil.
Misundertanding abour payment process
Event though I'm a loyal customer of the Accor hotels,my latest experience at Ibis Marista in Goiania was very poor.Usually I book my trips using Accor's website and in some cases they demand payment in advance (this was the case for this hotel) and in other situations they do not.My problem was that during my ck out, the employees told that I supposed to pay my stay (which I did), but how come this is possible if I did the payment in advande (on their site)?They told me that was something related to site problems and so on, but at the end of the day, what they have offered me was a very poor experience,having to pay two times for the same service...In summary..they are pretty much lost on how they handle their payment process.

My wife and i had a very nice stay and will definitely return! The room is very well tidy and clean; the breakfast very well cooked and the price is well price. I recommend the services of the Accor Hotels Network. 👏👏👏👏
