Family Holiday
We had our accommodation cancelled at the last minute and called around and came upon Michael who was absolutely lovely and accommodating to our needs. Nothing was a bother, we were a family of 7, staying for 7 days, we had extended family visit during our time there with no issue. We stayed on floor2 unit 5, it was an amazing view, the pool area and gardens we’re immaculate with easy beach access, free undercover parking. The unit was well equipped for entertaining and furniture was big enough to fit everyone, this unit Was spacious and had 3 toilets and two bathrooms which was a godscent with this amount of people. Great laundry facilities in unit, Air conditioning was freezing.. i can’t fault our stay there it was a wonderful holiday and we had an amazing time and will definitely be back again. Thankyou to Michael for his friendly, easy going nature who made us feel welcomed and a home away from home. We also got a great price on the unit ringing direct without going through the third party apps, and a $70 dinner voucher to eat at surf club up the road.. looking forward to our next holiday!!
Amazing views, absolute beachfront but needs some improvement
We booked one of the renovated 4.5 star apartments and ended up with apartment 16 (please note each apartment is different, so this is specific to this apartment). The location of the apartments is amazing, with absolute beachfront access. It takes about 15-20 mins to walk to Cavill Mall (centre of surfers paradise), or there is a bus 5 mins walk away or tram 10 mins walk. The view from the apartment is amazing, we never got tired of watching the waves or the nearby life savers who trained several times a day. The pool was heated to 30C so perfect in all weather. As it is quite a walk to get groceries, we recommend ordering online through Coles or Woolworths and getting it delivered to the apartment. There is ample crockery, cutlery and cooking pots and pans in the apartment for basic meals. There was a few issues with the apartment which if improved, could have made our stay perfect. This apartment is air conditioned in the main family room and two of the three bedrooms. However the third bedroom did not have an air conditioner (only a fan). This meant that one of our party missed out on a nice cool room. There was also not enough seating in the family room. Our party of 5 squeezed onto the 2 seater couch and 2 chairs. As this apartment is supposed to fit 6 people, the seating was definitely lacking. Another couch is really needed to ensure everyone can sit at the same time. The internet only worked in the main family area (not in the bedrooms), which was annoying particularly as there was only one tv in the apartment. One of the electric blinds in the main living room was broken (stuck fully down and blocking half of the view) when we arrived, and despite being promised that the blind should be fixed in a couple of days, it remained broken for our whole 12 night stay! Our main concern was cleanliness. When we arrived, we were advised that the apartment had just been cleaned. In general the apartment was clean, however care is needed to make sure that the cutlery and crockery is clean, as we had to wash all of our cutlery and most of the plates and bowls before we could use them, as they had food stuck on them. Not a pleasant start! The other issue was the BBQ. We planned to cook a meal on the BBQ, however we were disgusted in the state of the BBQ. The plate was filthy and there were no supplies provided to clean the BBQ. Our least favourite experience was the daily trip to the rubbish room in the basement car park, unlike many multi story apartments that have rubbish chutes, rubbish had to be taken down to the bins in the basement. The rubbish room absolutely stank and was full of flies. Not a pleasant experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but feel that small changes could make this much better.

The location is fabulous, walking distance to great dining locations and shopping. Beautiful beach at your doorstep. Disappointed that our appt (number 19) was in need of so much maintenance/repair. All of these issues were taken up with the property manager, which was followed up with lot of excuses. Definitely not worth a 4 star rating. Had friends stay in Appartment 11.... it was absolutely beautiful. Same star rating, same rate, but no comparison to ours.
Perfect location
We stayed for 4 nights and this was the perfect location with stunning views and direct access to the beach. The pool is heated and my granddaughter would have spent all day there. The managers Karen and Michael were very friendly and helpful and we would certainly want to return.
A perfect location!
This was the perfect location for our team to stay whilst at the cheerleading nationals! The managers were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was the best it could be! Perfect location, big spacious apartments with amazing views! We hope to visit you again soon! Thank you again Jen Warhurst
