I travel a lot and have never given a hotel a bad review, but just could not believe this one. Very pretty from the outside and in a good location which is why we booked it, but don't be fooled by the exterior. The rooms are ridiculously small. The balcony even smaller, we couldn't even fit 2 of us on it at the same time. We went during COVID so were expecting things to be different, but did not expect them to pretend the Government had said "no air conditioning", the room was stifling. Also had no maid service for a week, another excuse about COVID. The breakfast was also pretty appalling. And to top it off, it is actually like staying in Fawlty Towers at times, the owners think it is ok to smoke everywhere, including the breakfast room so the place reeked of smoke, they also had a few arguments in our presence, quite funny but so unprofessional. The rest of the staff were not at all helpful either. It's not a cheap hotel, but we most definitely would not stay here again. Thankfully we went on to Kefalonia and had a totally different experience with the hotel there.

We loved the view from this bar, overlooking the sea. Staff are lovely and the cocktails are amazing, so amazing that one night we couldn't remember actually leaving! Everything is very clean and staff wear masks, I must say that when we were in Gouvia everything was very hygienic, more so than in England.

We stayed here for one night before boarding a boat for a week's sailing. Rooms good, beds were comfortable, food good, staff were friendly and helpful. We picked this hotel as it was close to Gouvia Marina where we were boarding the boat.

Fabulous location, breathtaking sea view, delicious breakfast of full buffet, friendly and helpfull staff. Hotel located in the middle of the island,so it’s too close to corfu town and to the most famous beaches of corfu....What else can you ask for unforgetable vacations?

This is a warning! We booked a night on the 14th July 2019 3 rooms for 6 people, prepaid, had a confirmation from the hotel and when we arrived they had no rooms! They also did not have any other acceptable alternatives for us, they were very arrogant ' did not make any effort to help us and we had to travel to another city.
