Great hotel
The hotel is really spacious and comfortable. The team was supper attentive and nice. The breakfast was delicious. They maintain the hotel super clean, specially now with COVID they make sure you felt safe. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use all the amenities of the hotel since they were close due to COVID, but the room and the breakfast was really good. The only thing to take into consideration is that the path to the center of Gramado is not flat. So, if you have kids or elders perhaps that is a problem if you pretend to go by foot. But for us it was great, is super close to the center. Actually lovely hotel, and in this uncertain time, to be in hotel that takes such a good care of higiene, it is worthy.
Awasome place for families!
Large, comfortable rooms and good infrastructure for families with kids. Walking distance from downtown which makes easier to visit main attractions. Full breakfast buffet taken with care and staff very gentle. Price is fair.
Unforgettable
This Hotel is an amazing experience. The property is well maintained, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great Service and Customer Satisfaction is their number one priority. Special mention and thanks to Gustavo. The Hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the central business district. The surroundings are lush and it offers such peace and quiet. Loved this hotel...and I hope to be back there very soon. A Big "Muito Obrigado" to ALL the lovely and amazing staff.
Great place, staff and location!
This Hotel has everting to make your stay a great experience. The nature is connected with the areas of the hotel and it allows you to relax. The pools are excellent. Also, you can feed fishes and rabbits. Incredible! The hotel is in walking distance of some great restaurants around and places to visit in Gramado.
Unforgettable holidays
I had a perfect time in this hotel with my boyfriend from Britain, the staff is great (most employees speak English), the breakfast is fantastic, the room is good, and the architecture of the hotel's pretty makes you feel in the paradise. The spa is excellent, and an advantage of being hosted at Recanto da Serra is that it is close to the city centre. The only thing I would like to catch the attention is that we found out the outdoor pool wasn't clean, so we couldn't use it on our last day when it started to get hotter.
