Eu e meu marido nos hospedamos no Hotel Monte Felice Centro e foi uma experiência muito boa: todos os funcionários são muito educados, a limpeza é impecável, quarto confortável , todos os ambientes são agradáveis , localização excelente, perto das principais ruas e o café da manhã é delicioso! Recomendo o hotel para quem pretende conhecer ou retornar a essa linda cidade que é Gramado!

fiquei hospedada no quarto standard, talvez por isso, tenha achado o quarto mt pequeno e com pouco espaço para colocar malas, entretanto , em todo resto só tenho elogios ao hotel, café da manhã excelente, quartos limpos, atendentes muito prestativos. um dia fizemos um passeio pela manhã, antes do horário do café da manhã disponível, e ainda assim, eles organizaram um cafezinho da manhã para não irmos de barriga vazia, além da comodidade de sempre estarem estacionando o nosso carro na garagem! a localização foi tbm outro ponto alto da estadia, excelente! voltaria outras vezes!

Quarto minúsculo (Por um preço estratosférico), chuveiro oscilando do quente pro frio insistentemente, não dá pra abrir 2 malas no chão, suje sua cama para fazê-lo. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe solícita.
