Stayed five nights in this hotel / B&B. Very good experience. Beautiful surroundings (decent views from upper floors) outside the city center which has its perks when you look for something a bit more quiet. A ten to fifteen minute walk or short Uber ride gets you right to center of town. Had ourselves a twin room for us and our two teenage sons. Perfect solution. Rooms are nice and tidy. Wi-Fi works fine (although it dropped a few times). Breakfast buffet is good with ample choices also for the more health minded. After a while it becomes repetitive though, same applies to the soup festival at night. Service is impeccable and staff always super helpful. During the day coffee, tea and flavoured water are available in the wintergarden. We very much liked this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, has a great view, and the rooms are white, clean and modern. However, you can hear every little noise due to thin walls. Also, be careful of the slippery floor in the room, it’s really dangerous! The breakfast is nice but quite basic. They could not handle our request of making an omlet or bringing vegetables. The reception is friendly but most don’t speak English. It’s not near the center of the city, but at least you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Brand new place, clean and neat. Good Breakfast (could have more variety). Very quiet street, 10minutes walking to downtown Gramado. Friendly staff. Room was a bit small but cozy and had clean/new linen and towels.

Adorei o hotel, era tudo que eu esperava. Ótimo atendimento, excelente limpeza, quartos bem cuidados, um visual top, a área externa do hotel linda, e o café da manhã maravilhoso. Adorei ficar hospedada no Monte Felice Bosque, e a diária super justa.
