Sky Ville Gramado

When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. They have another weight machine (one machine and one treadmill only) more beat up then the treadmill, thought it was not possible but there it was. I tried to work out in the morning and the treadmill wasn't working (don't even know why I tried at all) and as I was leaving the place a man, I think he worked for the hotel but was not wearing any type of uniform, called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! Guests handling electrical breakers?????? 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building where the reception is located . Went back to my room desperately called reception several times and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors. Finally someone showed up and opened the doors. I asked him what was going on and he replied "good morning" and at that point I just gave up and requested my check out and for him to open the garage door so I could leave and try to catch my flight which I barely made it. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

The hotel is new, clean and it has a good location(around 5km from Canela and 10 min from Gramado). The breakfast is good and the staff is kind. There is a free parking inside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable. I recommend.

The hotel is new, clean and accommodating. The clerks could be a little nicer, they don't smile or make you fell welcome at any moment. The hotel has a nice bar, with a great bartender, the breakfast is just ok, a lot food with low quality, the ladys who serve it are nice, but we kept stand up to let them know when the they run out of food. Small rooms, not in the best location but very close to city center, the overnight gentleman went out of his way to help us when we checked out at 4 am. The same type of hotel you would see all over Europe, nothing wrong, but has rooms for improvement. You can't beat the price for the city of gramado. I would stay there again.

Estivemos final de janeiro de 2021 e ficamos num quarto no primeiro andar, em função das paredes serem de gesso cartonado, ouvímos muitos ruídos, pessoas que caminhavam no corredor. A cama era macia demais, “tinha buracos” não deu para descansar como gostaríamos e no café da manhã, apenas senti falta de um café passado, aquele café raiz sem muita frescura.

Gostei do Hotel. Confesso que fui fechar ele, fiquei meio com medo por causa de algumas avaliações e comentários. o legal que eles tem , na realidade todos hotéis da rede sky, é o transfer para ir jantar nos restaurantes, isso achei muito interessante, pois é uma cortesia que eles oferece. Tanto que até comentamos para os motoristas que levam, que a empresa poderia se preparar e ter horários definidos, pois as vezes eles iam buscar ou levar somente 1 casal, acabavam mais gastando combustível do que ganhando com os hóspedes. Mas pelo custo o hotel valeu a pena. Gostei bastante, porém o atendimento de alguns funcionários precisa melhorar, pois algumas vezes fomos perguntar algumas coisas e eles estavam perdidos em dar alguma resposta. Mas foi muito bom, e o café da manhã todos os dias estavam excelentes. Se puder dar sugestão, seria legal ter outros tipos de sucos no café, pois só tinha de laranja. Mas super recomendo
