Superior service and food quality

When in town be sure to come and visit this little gem within the Wish Serrano complex. The restaurant has an incredible menu, built by an Argentinian chef whose DNA is noticeably in every detail. The service was superior and extremely enjoyable, mainly by four (you read it right, four!) incredible people who made our visit an amazing experience: Bruna, the hostess, and Carlos helped us getting a nice spot for our 4yo! Matheus and Robert were kind, patient and friendly during our stay. Highly recommend the place for its food and superior service!

A wonderful experience and perfection for families

If you are traveling with kids, this is the place to go. I have an 8-year old, with a lot of energy. The kids area is FANTASTIC!! Muito Obrigado a Ritieli e "Xuxa"! The rooms are very nice, the staff is great, the breakfast is wonderful, the hotel is very well maintained. We loved the spa and indoor pool facility, the jazz night at the bar was great and the location ideal. The ONLY "negative" I can think of is the walk up-hill from the main street of town, but think of it as walking off the chocolate from town. One last thing, we left something in our room and thought of it after checking out and leaving town. We called and the staff had found it, saved it and then sent it to our hotel in Rio. What great service! Obrigado Caroline e Clarice! I cannot say enough good about this hotel; we had a great time here and we will absolutely be back in the future.

I really like the hotel. Good restaurants to dinner, lunch and for the breakfast. Good location. Its not necessary car to walk at center. The rooms has a beautiful view from the city and the room is new, clean and very confortable. The staff is friendly.

Ok hotel, doenst deserve the 5th star

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 10 days during 11th to 20th of July 2018. We had a nice stay and we ended up paying a promotional price, so all in all I was satisfied with the hotel (cost / benefit). However I would not have been happy if I had paid anything close to the full price. In my opinion this hotel should have 4 stars instead of 5. Pros: 1. Breakfast has a large variety 2. Room was spacious and in our case had a balcony 3. Excellent localization 4. Great laundry service 5. Good Parking service (even though its not cheap, 25 BRL per day) 6. Good Cleaning service Cons: 1. Room Sink has a plumbing problem. Made very loud noise when used. 2. Room fridge didn't cool drinks properly. 3. Time sharing sales sequence was not a nice experience and was a waste of time. 4. Elevators weren't working properly during 2 days. 5. Hotel restaurant service was bad (except for breakfast) 6. Very bad wifi. The signal wasn't the problem, the velocity was. Ended up not using it as it was not practical. 7. Bad tv signal within the room.
