Very uncomfortable beds
Both of our beds were very uncomfortable. The blankets were old and nasty. In our room was an old shabby couch - the owners should better throw it out! The heating did not work at night so we were freezing. The room was clean and the bathroom rather new. However we did not feel comfortable at all and had backaches sothat we decided to leave after the first night although we had already paid for the next night and could nit get a refund.
Good location
Friendly greeting from staff , helpful and kind. Stayed on the 4 th floor ( no lifts ) a quiet room ,spacious and clean.with tv and sofa ..nice big shower . Not sure about parking as did not drive . Close to pick up place for tourist road train to the Alhambra ...lovely trip around the locale . Close to restaurants which come alive until late at night . Excellent for a short weekend stay.
Sad visit in granada
Nothing is working, I mean hot water in the shower and the old TV set. The room is rather gloomy. Incredible noises from the tavernas in the street all day and night long. Better chances in Granada. The only thing worth is the position central and comfortable for visitors.
Nice and friendly
Lady at recepcion was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. WiFi was not working all the time. Reception was full of informations about town. The hostel is in the street with the best tapas. P.s. You can find the parking for free on the West side from the river.
Wifi not working
The wifi did not work but since I borrowed a wire to get connected I will rate the hostel mediocre in stead of bad. Facilities are simple and the shower was not good. The handle for the water wer barely able to stay open. Some noise from the street and the windows were not able to lock, only shut. Friendly and helpfull receptionist.
