This is the best Comfort Suites I have ever stayed at. Their breakfast ranks high up there. The staff are courteous and welcoming. I love staying there. Other Comfort Suites need to shadow this facility at Granbury and learn from them. They are the best!

No Accommodation

I have used Priceline 100’s of times. On occasion I have made a mistake on dates and 99.9% of the time the hotel has opted to accommodate. Not this hotel. I needed a room for 1 night for my son, my daughter in law and my new Grandson who I have not yet met because they live in Canada. Within hours of realizing I made a mistake (I needed the room on 12/17 instead of 12/16) I called the hotel to see if I could get the date changed. Not only were they unwilling to change the date, they refused a refund for a hotel room that was going to be unused. In other words, they had a choice to either change the date and accommodate us or just steal the $130. Mind you, I never asked for a refund, I only asked to change the day and offered to pay and additional charges. So rather than allow this theft to occur (compensation w/ no consideration), we drove 3 hrs from South Texas to Granbury,Tx to use the room. Upon arrival, we found the hotel itself almost empty, the pool and hot tub were being renovated so no go there and the pull out bed had no sheets had none to be found in closet. Other than the fact that management forgot they were in the hospitality business… Great hotel. In the future, Holliday Inn will be my choice and Comfort Inn and Suites will never see another penny from me.

Comfortable, quiet hotel

Hotel easy to find; Granbury is not a big place. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Very quiet in the area. Courteous staff helped us check in much earlier than their normal check-in time. Reasonable breakfast for this range of hotel (maybe add maple syrup instead of generic sugar syrup). Would stay there again.

Our anniversary weekend stay was very relaxing, the people are nice and accommodating. The room was very clean & the bed wasn’t as comfortable but everything else made up for it. The pool was nice and refreshing and not humid inside like most indoor pools.

After our reservation via Hotels.com fell through to no fault of the hotel's. Tammy (SP) the GM and her Front Desk staff did their best to try and accommodate my party. We managed to get a room and enjoyed our stay at this location. Thanks again to the Staff.
