Mid Week Stay
Stayed in the suite here in November for 1 night. Hotel was great and was very clean. I requested a room that no one had stayed in for 24 hours and the hotel accommodated the request. Quieter than normal as it’s COVID. We are planning a return trip here soon!
Fun hotel right in the heart of the city!
We are locals who like to escape to downtown for a night away and while we usually stay with another hotel chain, the AC Hotel did not disappoint. We had a great experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and are designed in what I would best describe as European (I mean this as a compliment). The hotel staff were friendly and accommodated any need we had. The bed was comfortable and I loved that they had moved away from travel size toiletries to large stay-in-the-room amenities. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city. You are close to nearly EVERYthing downtown has to offer. Close to walking paths and museums and restaurants. If you're looking for a unique, fun, and convenient hotel in Grand Rapids, the AC Hotel will not disappoint!
Great from Check in to check out
Check in was super friendly, parking was simple, this property is in a great location to everything. The hotel is super clean and safe. Glad to have the gym open as it has great equipment for all people. The food and drinks are all new and great, the service with Matt as the bartender is top notch and he made the bar experience even better-there was even a happy hour from 4-6. A great night sleep with a quiet hotel and check was easy with coffee in the lobby and easy to depart with easy parking. I'll be back for sure.
Great getaway close by
Great getaway close to home. Love the decor. Staff very friendly and professional. Many activities within walking distance. We went for Valentine’s Day. Staff had many suggestions for breakfast the next day.
Super accommodating
Beautiful hotel and they were even nice enough to let us check in early since we had a wedding to attend. Since the room we paid for was not available at the time, they upgraded us to the same room but with a city view. Extremely grateful and would definitely recommend.
