Clean accomodation with friendly staff
Fresh cookies in the evening, bagged breakfast in the morning. Clean spacious rooms and nice lobby. Luggage carts and elevator are helpful. Friendly and accomodating staff. Overall pleasant covid-safe stay.
Nice place
Very friendly staff who seemed happy to see us. They baked cookies in the evening that tasted wonderful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Quiet, even though it was close to I-5. Lots of food restaurants close by. Breakfast was weak, only sweet items, no tea, just coffee. I know it’s a pandemic and that makes a difference.
Home Away from Home
This place became my home-away-from-home for over two weeks as I provided emergency response for the wildfires in the area. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness & comfort of the facility and the customer service mentality. The hot-tub and pool were open by scheduled appointment, & my crew was allowed to store excess luggage at check-out to accommodate the our warehouse schedule. I never saw or heard any staff get frustrated, or raise their voice, even though the fires, and COVID had to put an enormous pressure on their service. I appreciated that they allowed pets as well, and the staff also provided service to evacuees from the fires. Bed was very comfortable, all the appliances worked well; I would certainly stay here again, COVID or no, fires or no.
Welcoming property
Excellent and convenient place to stop, great for pets, friendly staff, very careful in their Covid safety, Great value, too. Nice breakfast to go with options all served by friendly employee in mask and gloves.
Nice Rest Stop
Well I am almost ready to accept that you need to spend at least $100/nite to get a decent place to pull off the highway and get rested up for another day of road tripping. We paid about $107 + tax and got a decent king size bed, roomy bathroom and a good choice of channels on the telly. And with covid still running rampant there was a nice "grab 'n go" breaky bag for us in the AM. Would not hesitate to recommend and also would stay here again.
