Safe, clean and a beautiful hotel. Meeting rooms were great, we were able to socially distance. Bar & restaurant/chef amazing! They took the time to know our group as we were there 3 nights inside hotel for breakfast & dinner.
Impressed
Thoroughly impressed with the staff. From the time we checked in, at breakfast, dinner, and checkout it was seamless. One of the managers actually took our break order the day of arrival. He was not only helping out in restaurant, but working at front desk, and managing staff. We were allowed to check in way earlier than expected. The young woman at the front desk was professional, nice, and appeared to care. Will definitely be back.
Not as expected.
Room service took 3 attempts. Coffee maker kureg broken. Delayed getting assist with luggage when made prior night needed 2 calls that AM. Not sure why this requires 200+ characters but will add Marriott and Hilton much more reliable and better value. Club member for all three and booked at DFW due to flight connection for Maui trip next day.
Excellent overnight stay
The convenience of the grand Hyatt cannot be beat. It’s attached to the DFW airport and is perfect for anyone flying in late at night. The rooms are VERY nice and the staff is even more nice. Prices are very reasonable as well. Very quiet and cozy rooms with comfortable beds. I grabbed an executive suite. It was large, very cozy, and a fully stocked mini bar. The absolute perfect overnight stay. Will be back for sure. While I landed too late to enjoy the amenities I got a glimpse at the bar area and it looked very large and cool! Staff was SO friendly upon check in. Offered me a water and a snack upon check in. Great place to stay.
Fantastic Experience
We stayed at the Grand Hyatt on our way from Idaho to Roatan. The check-in process was easy and the room clean and comfortable. We were able to get great food from room-service. Young Han actually came with us the next morning, with our luggage, and waited with us and the luggage until we were checked-in (about an hour long process!). I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt!
