I always come back to the Riverfront Inn and Suites because they always provide the best service. I have worked for BW and this one hits every one of my necessities. Spa suite with balcony (facing the Missouri River!), whirlpool, 24 hour pool and spa, great internet, HD TV, etc. Also being a Diamond member I was offered bottles of water and a free upgrade on my room. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

After traveling all day we arrived to a clean suite with a little Christmas tree lit and glowing in the corner! The staff cared enough to add a special touch and I truly appreciated it. Good breakfast with lots is seating available

The Social Security Administration decided I was dead and I had to get from Edmonton, Alberta to Great Falls Montana to show them that I was alive. That was a 10+ hour drive. When I checked-in, I got a wonderful up-grade to a river view room with a patio, hot tub and fireplace, I felt so pampered! The bed was wonderful also, and I was well rested for my encounter with SS the next morning. Wonderful Western Hospitality. It is a great place to stay.

What a fabulous little hotel. Super clean and the staff was so friendly. Great included hot breakfast with several choices. Great location by the river with dog walking paths. Yes you can bring your dog! It was nice seeing the pups. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one nite, travelling from Florida to Alberta. We wanted something that was off the beaten path and traffic. What a great surprise. We didn't realize the property was on the riverbank. Nice walking area, and felt safe. The check in process was smooth, and the girls were friendly, explaining all the features/areas of the hotel. The room was big and bright, nicely updated. Left before the breakfast was out, but the coffee/tea station was available 24/7 I think. The only slight negative I had was the swiggly, wavy carpet in the rooms. As someone who suffers from vertigo, and driving for 12 hours, I found the carpet especially bothersome...but that's just me.
