If you enjoy paying full price for no in room service......NO availability of the pool area.....NO breakfast except for a poor bagged version......and poor front desk attitude (which being obviously told to be enforcer of management rules would be ridiculously hard) this is your place if you are scared to death of Covid and like being treated poorly !! In the event you would like to stay somewhere that treats you like a person they hope to serve again......and charge you for the service they are providing.......this isn’t it!!! My Hockey family and teams will NEVER STAY HERE again.....been a loyal customer for 25 years.....sad to say goodbye!!

I live in North Carolina and have family in Montana. Every time I fly home my family always stays at the Crystal Inn. Initially I picked that hotel because it is very close to the airport and they give you a complementary shuttle. Now we stay there because it is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are clean, the staff is very very friendly and, when there is no Covid situation, they have a breakfast bar that is open super early so you can get something to eat before you get on your flight. There is also a restaurant next-door so you can walk over and get breakfast lunch or dinner. (Don’t forget to tip the shuttle driver and it’s also nice to tip the housekeeping staff as they do a really nice job). I would recommend Crystal Inn to anyone who needs a nice hotel in Great Falls Montana. Linda Ford-Kings Mountain, NC

The staff was excellent and friendly, the room was huge, the bathroom was a little tight but was nice. We felt welcomed and pampered. While they weren't serving normal breakfast due to Covid pandemic, the grab bags were full of great items. Also do to pandemic, no housekeeping services were available which was a little disappointing and inconvenient, however the front desk provided everything we asked for without question. They even went above and beyond and provided us with beach towels for our water park excursion and family pool get together. Convenient to airport and 10th Ave which is the main vain of the city.

Hotel was located next door to the truckstop where we parked our rig. The rooms were spacious, with a double sink setup, and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were quite soft for a hotel. The showerhead was terrific! Checkout is noon and their are pet-friendly with a $25 fee. We enjoyed our stay so much.

My son plays hockey, which sometimes means travel. This was our second stay at this hotel - once in December, and again February 15. Between these times, my husband and son went to Great Falls and stayed in another hotel, which they did not enjoy. We returned to Crystal Inn and do not regret it. The lady at the front desk was on the phone when we went to check in. She was very patient with the person, answering a number of questions. When we were able to check in, her attitude was also great. She offered coupons to various food places if we wanted them, nice touch, because if you're from out of town you may not have any idea what type deals may be going on. I like that extra care. My son likes to stay in hotels as he can play in the pool - this visit was no exception. Nice pool area with towels available if you'd like them. I appreciate that the pool area does not bowl me over with chlorine smell - I believe it is a salt water pool. Good breakfast choices. Sausage patties were good - but I'm more of a bacon girl. I like that the coffee/tea area is available at any time. Here are a few tips: 1) If you like the room cool to sleep, consider turning the A/C on before crawling into the bed. Our room was warm both times, but the A/C made it fine. 2) Check your alarm clock. Ours went off at 4 a.m. - we didn't set it. I know accidents happen, but it took me a few minutes to figure out how to turn it off while trying to keep lights off. 3) If you have any questions or concerns, let them know. Every employee I've encountered during both visits was amazingly helpful!
