Great stay
This was my 4th trip to this hotel in the last year and every time they do their best to take care of you. This trip Rebecca at the front desk went out of her way a couple of times to make sure me and my group were taken care of. I believe the manager was actually working at the restaurant during the evenings we were there and she was excellent as well. Since I have been going to Great Falls a few times a year I have decided that this is the place to stay and I don’t ever have to look again.
Quiet and Delicious
We stayed here on our way up to Canada and the stay was very quiet and plush. The breakfast was one of the better ones for the Garden and we asked them for a Milk Substitute and they informed us they would have one next time. Very nice The outdoor seating was very nice.
Amazing
Staff (especially Kellie, front desk) made us feel appreciated. Hotel was above our expectations each time we have stayed. We specially spot & stay at this hotel. Facility is emmaculate and staff is very accommodating. Look forward to our next stay at GF Hilton Garden Inn!
Quiet and comfortable
I like the Hilton Garden Inns in general, as they seem to be built with more soundproofing than many chain hotels. This hotel was no exception, as the room was very quiet. The layout of the king room was also very good, with a large workdesk area, lots of storage, and a comfortable chair with a side table by the window. Lighting was very good. Another reason I often stay at Hilton Garden Inns is the breakfast. While it is extra cost, it is often a step up from most chain hotels, with lots of fruit and made-to-order omelettes. This hotel did not disappoint. The only negative I could find is that I think the rug in the room needs to be replaced in the next year or two, as it had some slightly-visible staining in places. But overall, a very good stay.
A night at the Hilton suite
I had taken our immediate and some extended family out of town for the weekend and we decided to stay at the Hilton based on past experience. Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was about what you would expect to pay at a restaurant but it was basically the same old continental breakfast free at most hotels. Check out time was 12:00 noon. We left our suite at appx. 10:00 to get my son a hair cut near the hotel before everyone else was ready to start their day. We planned to return, use the jacuzzi and shower after. We returned to the hotel at 11:00, an hour before checkout time, to find the maid already cleaning the room. She had thrown away my tooth brush I had just purchased in the lobby that morning and also my personal coffee travel mug before I was even able to make the coffee provided in my room.
