Novotel London Heathrow Airport

I was here for two days and enjoed the time spent in this hotel. Internet connection was 1000 kbps and always stable. Room service was available from whatsapp and the response was immediate. I will come again.

Very nice stay. Was here for 3 days as part of company. Nice food and very good team. Services are limited at the moment because of covid but it is fully understandable. But no question about team and commitment. Full marks

This place is the Novotel London Heathrow Airport-M4 Jct 4 Hotel. it has the most polite staff, room cleaning, reception. the cook who prepares the food is great, he puts his soul into it, because it is so delicious. Agnelo and Arabella, Elena, guys thank you for your responsiveness, I fly a lot, my work is related to aviation, I have been to many hotels, and I see your work and kindness. I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel just before the first lockdown in 2020. What was meant to be a shirt stay ended up lasting nearly 6 weeks! The staff are just superb. The rooms are one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The food is incredible! My recommendation would be to try their curry. A firm favourite. But I wanted to give this place another go, thinking maybe things had changed since a the latest December lockdown. I arrived in the evening, where I was greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist. Immediately I was asked how my day was. (Nice touch). The check in process even with new Covid restrictions was smooth, easy and fast. As an Accor Platinum member, I was treated to a welcome drink and a complimentary room upgrade (Very nice thank you) . Now working for the NHS, I needed to find a hotel that not only presents good value for money but that was also close proximity to work. This hotel boasts just that and more. Before you ask, I’ve not been paid to write this review and nor do I have any affiliation to the brand. Everyone working at this hotel deserves merit and recognition for their hard work, professionalism and positive mental structure despite what is and will remain a very challenging time. I’ve spent countless nights in different Accor hotels however, I can safely say this hotel wins hands down in their category for best customer service, competitive price, best location, immaculately clean bedrooms. Well done to all!

We had a great stay due to the circumstances we are currently in this pandemic. We had to stay 3 days at the Novotel to wait to fly out of the UK. The room had an okay layout, I was sharing with my friends and felt that we all had our privacy when needed. The main thing that bothered me was the some shady stains on the wall. Everything else was clean in the room. My stay was great because of Corina, she is absolutely amazing and I can only wish her the best for her future. She was helpful, friendly and super quick with any of our requests. I would come back if I needed to stay overnight in Heathrow knowing that Corina was there and could say hi to a friendly face again! Value for money is there as it was quite cheap. I think my overall score would have been higher if I had visit the Hotel when all the facilities were open. This score is based on the fact that we are in a middle of a pandemic and the room itself did not have the best walls, carpet stains and tv (only two channels).
