i stayed here many times. very nice motel. great location and quiet. very convenient. walking distance two restaurants. Large room, and good amount of amenities. there is no disturbance like loudness. will definitely come here.
Relax Inn
I'd stay on an average of 4 hotels per week. The Relax Inn in Greenville was definitely the worst I've ever been in. The rug was filthy the room was filthy the curtains were filthy spend extra money go somewhere else
Everything Worked
The A/C, refrigerator, plumbing, microwave, door lock, ice machine and TV all worked. I was in #105 and did not detect any bad odor as mentioned in other reviews. The carpet looked new. The towels were minimal. The desk clerk was patient with me in instructing me how to operate the TV channel selector. I rate this place an excellent value for a low price facility.
Won’t be back
The pics online are much better looking than reality. Our room was large but the bed was very uncomfortable and was basically springs covered in plastic. It was like sleeping on a hard trampoline. We had to ask for additional towels and pillows bc the room was stocked for 1 person and there were two of us in the room. (Single kind bed) The second morning, housekeeping came by at 9am. Wanting to sleep in a little, we asked if she could come back in about an hour and she plainly said “No”. So we forfeited housekeeping services that day. The following day when we returned to our room, the room had been serviced by housekeeping but there were no towels in the room. Literally none whatsoever. We had to go to the front desk at 9pm and I asked the woman working for 4 towels and she gave me one. I asked for one more for my partner and she gave me a confused look and lectured me about returning them when they are dirty which made no sense. I don’t understand why this hotel is so reluctant to give towels to guests! We didn’t even have one for the floor so the floor got soaked and slippery after showering. I booked this hotel bc of the reviews and high rating on TA. But these are misleading in my opinion, I would never stay here again.

It's not fancy at all, but is clean. I am here for business with Tusculum College. I didn't want to break the bank. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the room is! You will see the pictures there is so much space. I got the cheapest and closest to the college. I will say I was initially skeptical, but thought why not they can't be all bad! I'm glad I did. It's an older hotel, but you can't beat it. The guy at the front desk was super nice. It took me no longer than 4 minutes to check in. I checked everything before I brought my stuff in. The bathroom is fantastically clean. The sink area spotless with lots of soap, towels etc. The TV is marvelous flat screen with cable. I'm here on business so I needed wifi, and it works super fast! I can't believe how nice it is. There is a little bit of mold up next to the ceiling in the bathroom, but I suspect it's a leak or something. No big deal. I'm not picky at all. I want somewhere safe and clean that's it! For that price to get it this big and comfortable too is a big big bonus! I will definitely come here again! Don't believe all negative reviews it's actually pleasant. Please see my pics it's super!
