Nice hotel, convenient location to lots of things. Clean room, friendly staff, quiet atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, which I could have stayed a little longer. Just overall a great stay for me!

corridors and elevator seemed dirty; overall aspect is old and rundown; rooms have poor light, soap and towels are insufficient. Compares very poorly, way lower than other hyatt places, Location is good, breakfast exellent
Bugs, Bugs, Bugs and POOR customer service... Stay away!

Avoid this hotel... Soooo many issues. Not only were there bugs in the room, but management didn't seemed concerned and refused to rectify the issue. We spoke directly to the GM on this issue who refused to compensate or even apologize for the bugs; judging by the reviews, it seems like a normal occurrence. I'll never return to this hotel, as our experience was pretty awful. The management team for this property should highly consider a new GM... one who can rid the property of the bug issue, is accountable, and cares about accountability and customer service. Hyatt should be ashamed that their name is on this place.

My card was charged the full amount when I checked in.. Frontdesk Robert placed my CC on the counter vice handing it back to me. Landline didn't work and Frontdesk did nothing to remedy the problem. BASICALLY OK.
Not what we expected

We have stayed @ Hyatt Place hotel's in the past and the experiences have been amazing, but this stay was anything but. When we first pulled into the parking lot and exited our vehicle to check in, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the air all around the parking lot, and front entrance of the hotel. The Check-in process went as normal and we were given our key. There was a group of us so we had reserved 3 double bed rooms in total. When we got to our room 307, we opened the door to an overwhelming smell of smoke, and our other family members in room 306 opened there door to an abundant smell of marijuana in the room, and the last room 305 with our last family members was ok. I went to the front desk to inform them as I didn't want to be charged and there response was oh no sir, you will not be, and I then asked if they had any air fresheners or spray, and was told maintenance would be up. Maintenance never arrived. As we were only there 1 night we put up with it as the hotel was sold out and unable to offer an exchange of a room for us. The hotel is clearly non smoking, and somehow it is being allowed as the people working didn't seem to care we reported the smell. I also provided a picture of what was found on our window seal to show the desk that it was there upon checking in.
