Watched drug deals go down, your feet stuck to the dirty floor. Completely uncared for business unit giving Wyndham a really bad name. Moldy carpet was ripped out and dried in the parking lot to be out back in! The attached restaurant has three armed guards as the neighborhood is so badZ . Condom wrappers greet you as you come in the door along with broken liquor bottles. This is more like a ‘rent by the hour’ place.

Terrible stay. The price point did not at all match the experience. The A/C didn't work in the room. There was no hotel water in the shower, no matter how long I let it try to warm up. The hallways were filthy (trash and laundry everywhere, ripped carpeting) and smelled of mildew to the point that I almost threw up. The back door of the hotel was left open all night long which did not feel safe. Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

There will never be another stay at this hotel. Our family was there for AAU Olympics Track and Field event. We arrive after 3pm for check-in and were told to come back because a pipe had burst. 2 hour wait before being able to check-in. After check-in, front desk advised there was no hot water. We were unable to find any availability at other hotels due to the Track and Field event, hotels were booked solid. Hallways reeked of musky mold, with an ammonia substance causing headaches. Not sure why they put ammonia on the already wet carpets. Room keys had to be replaced over and over even after deliberately keeping them away from the cell phones. When complained and asked for compensation, they offered a $40 meal voucher at their own hotel restaurant--not acceptable. Asked for the hotel manager and was given the a number to call, No one would answer the phone. Left messages and never received a call back. Late check-in, no hot water for two days, having to endure the atrocious ammonia smell causing me headaches. Checked out and later received an email offering 50% discount on next stay. This is not acceptable. Why on earth would I come back when management never offered a discount towards this stay for the inconvenience and discomfort my family and I endured. Stay far away from this place.
Anniversary Getaway Bites The Dust - Bugged Out!

My husband and I decided to do a quick getaway for our 4th anniversary and chose the Wyndham Garden. 1st because I tend to like the Wyndham Brand, I'm a Wyndham member, the price was great and they offered a free hot buffet breakfast. I'm a review reader and from what I saw the reviews were good. The property was nice with updated decor, the rooms appeared to be clean, guest services at the front desk were professional and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was great and water nice and hot. So all was well at the beginning but quickly went down hill when I was awakened at 2am by something biting me causing me to be in excruciating pain. BED BUGS in room 412!!!!! Needless to say I had to go to the front desk to report it. She was very empathetic, provided me with some alcohol swabs upon my request and assigned us to a new room 346. That room was ok until I cut my foot on the bed from a metal piece that was sticking out the side. Beds are too firm so that's caused stiffness.on a better note, at least the breakfast was decent. You get sausage patties or links, eggs, red roasted potatoes with green peppers and onions, cereals, breads,, bagels, juices, milk, coffee and tea all served in the Terrace room with the view of a muddy pool that is still closed. Smh. I spoke with the hotel manager Mo. He too was empathetic but only offered to resolve the situation by ensuring to take extra precautions on cleaning the rooms. He stated they've never had that issue before and that they unfortunately have no control over previous guests that come in and bugs transfer from them. Smh!! He said to contact him directly if we are in the area again and he'll give a special discount. No thanks! Won't be returning sir!
Unprofessional and unhelpful

I had a mysterious random charge in my account in addition to my security deposit/incidental hold. I had already pre paid for my room on Priceline, so there wasn’t a reason for the extra charge. I informed the front desk and they sat there for like 30 min and couldn’t figure out how to refund it and I had to contact my bank regarding the error. Still haven’t received a refund of the charge that shouldn’t have been in my account….check your bank statements!!! Also, it’s been over w eeek and the incidents hold is still on my card. It’s not a bank issue either because I’ve rented a car and stayed at a different hotel in the the same time frame over this last week, and those holds were already cleared… They add erroneous charges to your account and hold your deposit…be aware!!!
