Stay away from this hotel. It was dirty, barely cleaned, practically no staff. It had roaches and there is no such thing as non smoking rooms. The owners own a few hotels unfortunately in this area and this is probably their worst. The coffee area was dirty, sugar strewn on the counter-no attempt to tidy it up because I-a guest- did it. There was once a hit tub but it has been filled with cement. The back was never secure as anyone off the highway could enter. The room we were checked in 408 reeked of marijuana. The carpet probably hadnt been vacuumed since who knows when. We had to go get toilet paper and towels as if we were inmates going to commissary. After day 2 we were told that none of the phones in the ENTIRE hotel do not work. In addition, we were told that in order to get the room cleaned we had to request it a day in advanced. We did that on 11/10 and my sister and i both spoke to the housekeeper who was literally next to our room with the cart. The lady assured us that the room would be cleaned and we would get towels. I informed her that the room safety latch was on which meant the door wasn’t fully closed. She said that she would close the door once she finished cleaning. This interaction happened around 9am. We returned around 4:52pm and found the door open with the latch sticking out-how i left it when talking to housekeeping. The room was never cleaned and the door wasn’t closed. Beyond angry. We’ve had to kill roaches, put out garbage and dirty towels for them to sit by our doors for more than 24 hours. We came here because our mother is in the ICU in the hospital in this town. I asked to speak with the manager you have on file-Edgar Ramirez-he’s no longer the manager and hasn’t been for a while. the cable was off for probably and entire day and supposedly someone was working on it but not one cable truck was seen esp since it was a Saturday. The only person that tried to help was Kimmy who was the head housekeeper. The owners could care less. Do not stay here and Wyndham should be ashamed to even let their name be on this hotel.

Poor room I need my money back it back when a room looks like this to pay out the money for a room and was lied to and didn’t give me my money back but I will tell everybody that the hotel is very poor just a rich name

Hair was present in shower and on beds. Looked like towels and soap was replaced and area NOT cleaned. No accommodation were made!!! Horrible service and nasty rooms! Pictures online are not accurate!!!

Beware they hold $100 for incidentals and do not tell you that ahead. This is now Monday night and they still have not released the extra $100 on my card. Rooms are decent. Some rooms have ripped wall paper. Breakfast is basic. Didn’t seem to be staffed very well for a busy weekend. The rooms could be cleaned better.

Dissatisfied with the amenities, cleanliness and condition of rooms. I would not have booked my stay if I had known the pool was out of service. I have a special need grandson and that’s all he talked about was swimming before his surgery next day. Couldn’t get him to understand the situation so with that being said our stay was not so pleasant.
