We had a reservation at the Fairfield inn across the street but their rooms were so dirty we went to the courtyard and were so happy we did. They were professional, helpful and their rooms were very clean.

Very disappointed with my stay! Considering we are in the middle of a global pandemic I assumed my room would be spotless. Clearly not the standard this hotel demonstrates. Crumbs on the bed, previous guest foot still in the fridge. Nasty!!

My company booked me for 2 nights at this hotel. I am normally a loyal Hilton Honors diamond customer, but occasionally stay at Marriott/Bonvoy on business. I was nervous staying in a hotel due to concerns over the current Covid-19 pandemic. I viewed the website and felt better when I read that they would provide sanitizing wipes in each room. When I arrived there were no wipes in the room. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told that they were on back order. The girl offered me a wipe sprayed with sanitizer to take back to my room and wipe down surfaces. When I got back to my room, I could hear the person in the room next to me having a phone conversation. He was loud and the walls were thin. He ended up hacking and coughing off and on all night overnight waking me up 2-3 times. I was shocked that with only 18 cars in the parking lot that the hotel chose to put people close together and right next door instead of spacing them apart given the pandemic. Overall, I am unhappy that Marriott stated something on their website that was untrue to make people feel safe to travel and stay in their hotels. If there are not sanitizing wipes in the rooms at all Marriott properties it should not be advertised! Also, if the properties are sparsely occupied then the guests should be spaced apart and not close together to limit people’s exposure to one another!!!! I would not return to this property or choose to stay in Marriott properties if given a choice.
Clean and very quiet

Spent two nights here this past week. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was very quiet. For the most part I had the hotel to myself, there was maybe 3 other cars in the parking lot at any given time because of the hyper scare with this virus stuff. Anyway, the bed was nice and comfy, the airconditioner wasnt noisy. All the food service was closed which was a bummer but most of the restaurants in the area were opening back up

Spent 1 night with late checkout. I have to specifically call out Makayla and Hannah at the front desk. Guests are met with professionalism, courtesy and smiles, a great refresher after a long flight and cranky people. Located about 5 miles from the airport with a slew of great restaurants within a very short distance. My new go to hotel in SC!
