Volvería a hospedarme sin dudarlo en el Hampton Inn Airport, Greenville, SC. Lo recomiendo sin duda! He estado en otros Hoteles de la marca y en general se siente la misma calidad! Las habitaciones muy limpias, el desayuno muy bien y la atención del personal es de primer nivel!

Me quede tres semanas en este hotel, muy cómodo, la cama esta super rica, dormía como 9 horas. El personal muy agradable. Lo único que no me gusto es que la limpieza de la habitación no era muy bueno. Pero lo recomiendo totalmente.
New but very dirty

We checked out of this hotel this morning. I absolutely loved the styling and newness of the hotel. The employee who checked us in yesterday was a delight. The room size of the queen bed suite was perfect for our family.
However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at, before covid or after covid. There was so much trash overflowing out of the trash cans in front of the lobby doors that they spilled onto the floor. We literally had to step over litter to get into the main lobby.
On our 3rd floor, the floors in front of the elevator were sticky. The hallways were just as bad, it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. There was trash stacked in the hallway outside of people’s rooms and remained there when we checked in at 7 pm until when we checked out the next morning at 9am. The floors in our room were also unvacuumed and there were drops of coffee on the “clean” cups and lids in the room when we entered. Trash fell out of the pull out couch when we opened it.
We came down for breakfast at 7:40 am. There was an employee working the area, and I asked him where the eggs were. He said they didn’t have any. There were egg toppings available like salsa, ham, and shredded cheese, but no eggs. Then we asked where the spoons were for the cereal and milk. They didn’t have any. Also napkins were gone. That was a somewhat easy fix, as I just went into the lobby bathroom and got paper towels. Other guests did the same. Things like spoons, napkins, and even eggs for that matter could’ve been bought at a nearby grocery store if they were missing from a delivery truck. It was odd that multiple customers were going into the bathroom and passing out paper towels to each other, when an employee could’ve easily done the same.
There was also a thick layer of dust on the fixtures and shelves surrounding the breakfast area and tables.
I have frequently stayed at Hampton Inn and can usually trust their standards. I specifically chose this hotel because of the high ranking for cleanliness. At the time of booking, this was one of the highest ranked hotels, a 9/10 for cleanliness. Sadly, this Hampton Inn does not deserve this high ranking.

Traveled to Greenville for my sons dr appt. Check in and out was a breeze and the breakfast was amazing!! The staff was very welcoming and eager to help. Definitely will be back when we come back through.

A staff member was very rude to me and my child. The room definitely did not follow Covid protocol, nasty. Could not get the hotel to put clean towels in for us and when we ask the staff member was so rude.
