This was our 4th night in a Turkish Ramada and it will probably be the last. While the building is wonderful, modern and clean, there are some serious issue with the service. Only one of the service staff speaks broken English and that's it! Explaining that the window in our room was broken (tilt mechanism) got us nowhere. This was particularly hard since the airco is switched off due to COVID-19. Hot room! Unbelievably, while breakfast was included in the price, the hotel slammed an additional charge on the bill for eggs (yes, eggs) . And without telling us beforehand that they would. But then how could they if really nobody speaks English?

Travelling from Erzurum to Trabzon we stayed at Gumushane for two nights. Ramada Gümüshane is perfect and best hotel of the trip. Elegantly designed hotel, friendly staff and fine food was great. We enjoyed historical sites around, amazing food at the hotel and 240mt high Torul observation terrace (not to far from Gumushane) during our stay.

I stayed there for 5 nights and would probably say this is one of the best Ramada Hotels i have stayed in! The service was phenomenal! Special thanks to Volkan (sales manager) and the gentlemen’s who service to me in restaurant! These gentlemens went above and beyond and made my stay better than intended. And also I recommend this hotel for business meetings! They have good sound and display systems for presentations! Their meeting rooms amazing! I will certainly be visiting this hotel again! Thank you and see you soon!

Of course hotel is perfect, but management and staff are amazing. Thank you for your fair approach to case and showing such great customer care attitude. Great place to admire nature and relax. Can have a special time and playful with friends or family.Nothing better than the sunset. Overall , it was fun and would gladly visit again. Thank you.

I travelled at the end of Jan, 2019 and stayed for a week. I was pleasantly surprised on the property, staff and the food quality. Everything was awesome and the staff was very friendly. Definitely I can recommend.Thank you !!!
