I stayed 2 nights at the Hotel All In Stay. The room is good size, very clean, quiet, the staffs very nice and the best is breakfast. I would recommend this hotel & give it 5 start. Good price! 7 mins walk from the Hakodate Station.

About a 10 minute walk from Hakodate station, the hotel is a small one, but clean and well maintained. It offers small rooms, with clean en suite bathroom & toilet and free basic toiletries. The bed linen was clean and additional free toiletries were available at the front desk. A Japanese buffet breakfast was included in the room tariff. Also available in the dining hall was free coffee/tea anytime of day, plus use of a microwave. A vending machine offered drinks at a reasonable price. They also had allowed us a 1-hour extended checkout free of charge, though the manager on duty at the time we were to check out, being unaware of our prior approval, came knocking on our door, to remind us that we were 'late' ! However when we informed him about our prior arrangement, he was profusely apologetic.

we stay there for 3 days before moving to sapporo. it was winter with snow every where. the room bit cold because have one exhaust which cannot be turned off. but they give us heater after we asked about it. they're very friendly even they can't speak English. the breakfast is very delicious. they also have vending machine for drink and also instant food that you can order. free hot tea can take from dining room. very close to Hakodate train station. very clean room. recommended for stay in Hakodate.

We had stay for two nights (two adults and one toddler) - Near the JR Hakodate station and Tramway DY17 Hakodate Ekimae (10 minutes walk) makes easy access to all sightseeings, esp. Morning Market. Cost 550 yens from JR Hakodate station to hotel by taxi :-) - Baby chair available at breakfast - Clean Japanese style room with futon but quite small - Nice staff even if they do not speak so much english - Quiet hotel and area - Very limited choice for Japanese breakfast (fresh brewed coffee is correct) - No restaurant and convenient store near the hotel

快適でした。もう本当に快適でした。函館市内をベースに道南方面を観光しましたが、そのときに利用しました。 当初は、あまりにも価格が安価だったので心配でしたが、泊まってみたら全く問題ないどころかとても快適だったので延泊しました。 朝食のいかの塩辛がとてもおすすめです。また日曜日の朝にはカレーも提供してくれまして大満足でした。 函館駅からも徒歩圏内ですし、駐車場も屋根付きに止めることができました。バイクや自転車でもおすすめかもしれません。 本当にお世話になりました。また来ます！
