Nuevo, amueblado con buen gusto, céntrico y bien comunicado. Mejor que muchos cuatro estrellas porque a veces las estrellas las regalan. Este Resort hamburgués tiene un ambiente muy agradable. Aunque se debería escribir con letras grandes, muy grandes que los usuarios enciendan el extractor de humos para evitar que salte la alarma cuando se hagan un huevo frito o pongan en marcha la tostadora. Dos días consecutivos saltó la alarma de incendios y todo el personal corriendo escalera abajo en pijama, en chanclas y algunos, descalzos...¡toda una experiencia! Y los dos días, el jefe ausente, muy ausente.

Hapimag Hamburg is a very nice place to stay.Very central 10 min walk from the main station and wih the busses just outside Hapimag.Excellent apartments very clean and nice.Very nice and serviceminded personal.Just perfekt.

It could hardly be better / quality everywhere in the flat - situated in the centre of the city - parking in the neighbourhood. Unfortunately we only had 1 night to spend this time. We’ll have to return!

A membership club or hotel?

I booked to stay at the Hapimag Resort in Hamburg based on the excellent reviews I have read on Tripadvisor. With only 2 weeks before my trip I was contacted by Hapimag to advise that there had been a technical issue with my booking, which came through Expedia, and they could not accommodate me. When I questioned this and explained that I had booked a long time ago, had email confirmation and bank statements to verify my payment, I was told that this is a membership club. The person who had booked the last room was a member and therefore their booking took precedent over mine. Expedia have responded and re-booked me in an alternative location, which although it isn't the place I wanted to stay, assures me that they have taken this seriously. I have had no formal apology from Hapimag and I would like to advise all travellers to be absolutely confident that they will be able to stay at the resort, before booking. This resort behaved unethically by advertising on Expedia and not making it abundantly clear that my booking would be subject to members bookings. I would not want anyone to be in the same position I am in.

The Hapimag Resort Hamburg is located in a yet quiet but central part of Hamburg, close to the main station and underground station. Great apartments with plenty of space, lovely theme based decoration. Friendly and competent receptionists -we'll be back soon!
