We had a nice room with a nice bathroom and garden with flowers. In the ewening we were in the restaurant in the building nearby and were served a very good wienerschnitzel we can recommend. Hans and Marita from Sweden

Friendly family run hotel

Enjoyed my stay in this cute traditional inn on the outskirts of Hamm. Particularly pleased to have a range of good vegetarian options on the menu in the restaurant. Walking/cycling routes in nearby countryside are 5 minutes from the hotel.

The location is lovely, the staff really friendly and the food amazing at really affordable prices. I like to come here when i am back home as the food is traditionally deutsche küche. Still waiting for the westfälische kartoffelsuppe to be back on the menu!

It was clean, the staff were very hospitable and a nice breakfast range. We have stayed there each time we have visited our friends in Hamm and the some of the staff have been there for more than 10 years

Fine but could be better

The Hotel is nice but I must say it is more of a restaurant than a hotel. After 10 PM it is almost not possible to get tea/coffe or water even. There is no lobby kind of place. Another point to highlight is that they mention they have wifi but we had no wifi connection in the room. This was very disappointing. Also in the rooms we would have expected to have at least a mini bar type of thing... Not even a water boiler was present. The room 16 we stayed at was cute and very clean however as two no smokers it was the worst thing to go into the room which was smelling of cigarettes. Overall it is good if you have to have a place to stay one or max two days. They have a beautiful garden with beautiful flowers. Best: the food we had was excellent! And the stuff was overall friendly. You have to expect some waiting tome when you order dinner though. Breakfast was very good too.
