Alright for the price
We arrived at the end of January 2020 for a two week holiday. 3 rooms for 5 friends that all met in Morocco 6 years ago. The original holiday was booked with thomas cook and we rebooked with another company . I emailed the hotel a couple of times before leaving and asked for 3 rooms close togeather and if possible a sunny position , they replied and said that they would try to achieve this . The rooms were close togeather but only one was in a position that had sun on the balcony , I understand that requests cannot always be done but as the hotel was running at a very low capacity probably less than 25% during the week and around 50% at weekends I do not know why they couldn’t have achieved this. Rooms are clean and plenty of room and serviced every day. At the weekends the hotel was busy with locals and Algerians no problem for us but the state of the dining room was unacceptable, no hand gel or sanitizer at the entrance of the restaurant which especially now with the Coronavirus it’s a must. They would go straight to the dessert table and strip it within seconds of entering the restaurant and fill their tables with as much food as they could . Utensils not being used to serve food . I also witnessed an Algerian smoking yes smoking at the table in the restaurant this is completely unacceptable. When they left the tables the table cloths would be completely covered in food waste and a majority of them would also take food out of the restaurant dispite a sign asking customers not to. The food was very similar day to day but I was so confused why there was boiled cabbage and boiled carrots for breakfast! Nobody even the locals didn’t Eat it. Our waiter whom we had most nights was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed. Now I noticed a scam in the restaurant involving alcoholic drinks and certain waiters ,either waiters are drinking it or they are selling it to non all inclusive customers ,clever if you can get away with it but if I noticed within a few days the head waiter restaurant manger must be in on it or they are blind , I even told one waiter that I noticed what was going on and he blushed when I said I had noticed . The hotel is having to take in locals to try and get some money coming in since thomas cook pulled out which I totally understand but they still need to adapt to cater for everyone. One afternoon we noticed every body was very attentive and working hard even the sun beds lined up it didn’t take long to realise that some v.i.p.s were present ! The entertainment stall Sam Djoe and a young lady were very good trying to get people involved with activities but were not over pushy ,considering there were various nationalities they did very well , mind you they had a boss who be seen now and again but what he actually did I have no idea . I did make a complaint to the the restaurant and I did ask to speak to the hotel manager but conveniently never available, I did manage to speak to the reception manager about the problems but nothing seemed to improve very much . I think we were the only English but that didn’t bother us at all but I have noticed that this hotel is now being advertised with first choice and tui , these problems need to be sorted out before their first customers arrive as people won’t put up with it . I’m not sure I would go back to this hotel unless the whole restaurant situation was improved, a note to everyone that is booked to go TAKE HAND GEL.

We stayed there during the first week of match, beautiful hôtel with excellence in everything .. food, rooms, staff, entertainement .. Its probably by far the best hôtel in Tunisia. We'll defenetly come back.

We had the best welcoming services, they seek to fulfill your needs and assure you a suitable and an appropriate stay. A variety of food and it’s so delicious ! Rooms are so nice and clean so don’t worry about having a bad or decent room . Entertainment team are 10 outta 10 and they are so friendly and very polite special mention to Sam ! Looking forward to our next visit .
Can do better...
Interior swimming pool allowed to be used freely by hotel guests only from 12:00 to 15:00 which means people checking in at 15:00 and checking out at 12:00 next day are not allowed to use it. The timing is also overlapping wit lunch time so not really suitable.... Meal quality and taste can be improved as well. No french fries and nuggets for the kids....

A veery good hotel, the time spent there was wonderfull Rooms are big and clean with an amaeing view Room service is available and in any time Tye facilities are good, swimming pool and restaurant around are amazing A recommand it
