A nice, safe ,quite stay with lavish and comfortable interiors. Family market only a stone’s throw and also super easy to get to all other things food and culture. Apple and Lee really get it when it come to their trade which they practice so brilliantly. Real professionals when it comes to making their guests feel welcomed and at home. Anything you might need at anytime is magically conjured at a moment’s notice. You know a place has done it right when you feel sad to say goodbye to the staff. We will be back and we can’t wait.

This hotel has the most friendly staff every! They helped us with everything. They booked tours for us, ordered food from the “grap” app and lots of other stuff. They are also very friendly to talk to and really care about their guests. The rooms and fine and you get cleaning every day if you want it. The location is also very good, most stuff in Hanoi is within walking distance.

Good clean accomodation near old quarter

We booked two apartments for a group of 7 people. Rooms are spacious, have modern fittings, bath is amazing with a rain shower. The staff at the reception is very helpful. I left behind a book in my room by mistake. Apple at the counter took care of it, and sent it to India through another guest who stayed later. She is one of the best. Lots of massage centers and a vegetarian restaurant nearby. A departmental store is right in front of this hotel. Recommended.

The room was big and comfortable. Good location, and the nearby old street is worth a visit. The lovely hotel staffs were so warming and friendly. Their kind help make this stay so memorable. Thank you.

I really want to say thank to hotel team. They are always smiles and very friendly. Our room verry nice and clean. Thanks for helping and take our trip. Mr Vu and hieu nice guys. Anyway thank all team. If you have plans stay for long time of course this hotel is perfect...
