Personal agradable, Wifi de calidad, Buenas habitaciones, Skybar agradable. En todo punto lo que se puede esperar de un Novotel. Hay restaurantes a proximidad y siempre hay taxis disponibles. Perfecto para negocios, para turismo quizás un poco alejado del centro histórico.
Good memory in Hanoi
Perfect place for bz trip in terms of hospitality. Morning buffet couldn’t be better. Room was so cozy to have a deep sleep. Response for replacing a hair dryer was so quick. I would like to recommend Novotel to frequent business travelers.
Surprised for the first time
I had a business trip in Hanoi, really overwhelmed by the splendid and luxurious beauty of the hotel when I first experienced it. The room is very spacious, luxurious and modern. Room space has many spacious and airy areas. A small point needs to improve toilets are easy to overflow when using.
Splendid
A good place to stay in a business trip. I like the apartment style and the staffs were friendly and smiling. Breakfast was small but good, they made me Vietnamese coffee which is highly recommended. Nothing much around the neighborhood but office buildings. Cozy hotel with everything I need.
