stayed their for a month & it was 75% terrible
customer service 👎🏾 you would expect someone giving 500.50 a week for a month we would get fair treatment but that’s not the case, they don’t care about the guest . they don’t like giving towels .. like ummm it’s a hotel that shouldn’t b a issue . Don’t bother saying thank you or be polite because you will get ignored lol . And the boss lady that checks rooms she has her gold & bad days .
Rough Hotel
Stayed here for four nights. Right off the bat I can tell you that it's directly underneath the flight pattern for planes landing at Lehigh Valley airport, they are low, low enough to read the side of the plane, and LOUD. This hotel is more of a dive. We had a 2 queen bed room, our room was strange and odd, the bathroom was in the middle of both queen beds which made the room feel slightly cramped. There are two large 45" Samsung tv's in front of each bed which were pretty awesome actually, the TVs were the only thing I loved. TVs are hooked to the wall so if you need to hook up a Roku/streaming stick/gaming console you're out of luck as you do not have access to the ports on the back of the tv & they are not "smart" tv's. There was only one table but no chair, I asked numerous times over the course of four days at the front desk for a chair for the table, they kept saying they'd bring it up - never happened, we ate sitting on our beds, my son did schoolwork in his bed. Room was relatively clean, but the hallways stunk, whatever cleaning solution they're using smells like skunk, it reeked. Terrible odors. There is some kind of bar downstairs but limited food (think bar food), they claim room service but no menu in the room and no way to order from them. The clientele is a bit......different. Yelling in the hallways, fights, I swore I walked past a prostitute at one point and came across another woman walking around in nothing but pants and a bra. A few outlets in the room did not work, wifi was awful & slow. They often leave garbage bags out on the ground outside for a few days. Took days to clean up a spilled container of ice cream in the staircase. It's just a rough place all around, don't let the lobby & photos fool you. The card reader to the outside side door doesn't work, so anyone can just walk inside. One person is almost always working the front desk therefore many of us waited in line for over 45 min just to buy a bottle of soda. Often when people would check in it would take forever because there was always some kind of problem on the hotel's end when it came to booking and credit cards. For some reason the security guy that walks around thinks people are smoking, he was pounding on someone's door yelling, "I know you're smoking in there I can smell it", with all the issues going on at this hotel, smoking is the least of their worries. It is not a family hotel, good for single guys on business but that's it. The location is just ok, the airplanes landing might bother some people as they're very loud but on the weekends less noise. I went out for a smoke alone and I was creeped out, was worried I'd be mugged. I won't be back, that was a rough one.

Not good staff did not help when asked. Fighting in the hallways. Room smelled. Broke shower.i have stayed here before and it was a better. Butbnot on this trip. Better customer serivce needed. My trip was not good

I checked into this hotel knowing you get what you get with a days in property. However, it was more disgusting than anyone could imagine. I am not sure the sheets were changed, there was a smear across the bathroom mirror, the wall was patched together, there was already chewed gum stuck to the dresser, a splattered substance on the head board, a (cleanable) liquid ring on the night stand, and more. I immediately check out and found another property to stay at., even though they were not going to refund me and said I would have to talk to the manager on Monday. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!!
EVEN IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS, DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE...ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK.
It's sad when you revisit a hotel that you once had fond memories of only to find that it is a wretched shell of itself. I'm not sure if there is new management here...I would definitely say yes considering my experience here 7 years ago was fantastic...but this place has gone completely to hell. Four minutes after entering our room, (whose smoke detector fell off the wall as we opened the door less than seven after checking in, the security guard and Manger show up at the door claiming they received a call that we were smoking...both impossible and a lie since we were in the middle of undressing for bed and unpacked nothing because we were exhausted. As the manager checked the garbage for what I assume to be evidence of drugs since the smell of alcohol, marijuana and crack (a smell you never forget when your relative is an addict) was easily detected on the journey from lobby to room. Obviously disappointed cause he found nothing the manager wouldn't look at me when I asked was this a racial issue. The security guard nervously said no it wasn't and declared that they had knocked on several doors...which was confirmed a lie when I asked six other patrons in my corridor about this unwarranted visit. This was only the beginning of the bullcrap. The next evening we had a full on party going on in one of the rooms. With a bar on the property that needs to immediately be shut down since they can't control their drunken patrons who ran through the halls banging on doors, our included and were so inept at their antics I saw them clearly during what was a bad comic attempt to knock and dash. Calling the front desk did nothing...no one answered for an hour. When I did get through the person rushed to hang up so I called back to ask where was security...They apparently had them to bother us but not to stop their more inconsiderate patrons. Since the person's response was more a why are you bothering me than a let me do my job, I told them, another disturbance and I would call the police instead of them...which I certainly did after another patron came to my door looking for someone in a threatening manner...much to his surprise he didn't know who he was dealing with. After a 911 dispatcher informed me that the hotel has steadily declined, resulting in them dispatching more and more police here as time has gone by, the icing on the cake has to be the people at the front desk stealing my food from my Doordash delivery by telling the Dasher they send the food up.and don't allow deliveries to the room...which is the biggest lie to date. I assure you every detail of this account is absolutely true, and I advise anyone thinking of coming here to avoid this establishment. They don't care about anything but getting our money do nothing to rectify and situation that you will encounter. As I am posting this review I am listening to a drunken fight down the hall. Heed my words...don't throw your money away...don't willingly walk into a bad experience.
