Disgusting
How does this place even have a license to operate? The pictures describing the building is not what it is! It’s filthy and supposedly “construction” dust all around. I don’t believe it’s been worked on in a long time. The entry doors do not secure the building and barely close. Those doors are nasty and haven’t been cleaned in probably years. Entry to your room in this hotel is behind the checkin office (which is nasty) They do not have a business center, breakfast or working television. I could not sleep because I kept getting out of bed to see if my car was still there or if my tires were gone. No one from the road can see what is going on in the parking lot. I could count every car and truck in the expressway as it’s so close. I paid for two night but left after one. I no longer trust Wyndham and they need to up their requirements to even post this garbage. I paid cash and knew with the non English speaking older gentleman at the desk would understand so I had to just walk away on day 2.
personal visit
This place really sucked, and I'm trying to be "nice". AFter waiting 30 minutes for someone to appear AFTER I paid my booking on Trip.com, a person finally showed up at that dark, dungy front desk. The place was dusty, ceiling tiles were falling, etc. The girl had only ONE key card to make for the entire hotel, and I got that. I got to my room, where wires and "stuff" was all over the walls. I said, "well, get what you pay for", and I was tired, and just sat down. A couple hours later, a fight broke out in the hallway, and hit on my door, which opened and two girls fell into my room, fighting each other. There was prostitution and drugs dealing going on in my hallway. I called Trip.com about my booking, and they ended up not doing a damned thing. No refund, no moving me to another place, no safety at all for me that night. needless to say, this place was a dump. And, if ever a hotel should be called a dump, this one has the title. No management, no response to phone calls, nothing. Not only would I not pay Trip.com for any rooms they have to offer, but, I wouldn't stay here at this property EVER unless you had a death wish.
Wyndam should be ashamed.
Smoke free room wreaked of smoke. Old with peeling paint and stained bed spreads. Slider did not close tightly (but with the rod it was secure) allowing in I-95 road noise. If my wife had been traveling with me I wouldn't have let her look at the room it let alone stay in it.
The price is right
The room assigned was smelly. There were unpainted patches in the walls. The Internet was sluggish to downright slow. After a few minutes, most of the lights and electrical plugs in the room stopped working. Two nice people tried to resolve the issue and, finally, gave us another room (smelled okay) which was cleaner, too. Sure won't stay here again despite the price.
Not great. Breakfast could be better.
Breakfast is very basic. No coffeemaker inside the guest room although at the time of booking it claimed it had. Internet was good. Hotel is undergoing renovation. Location is very good. Bathroom could be cleaner.
