Me pareció muy buena atención por parte del personal, siempre atento a las necesidades y buena relación precio/servicio. Me olvidé un objeto en la habitación y me lo enviaron por correo a mi país. Muchas gracias.

Great hotel in Doncaster

Really nice hotel in good surroundings. The restaurant offered good choice of good quality dishes and the bar and snugs Were clean and welcoming, and all the staff were friendly and polite. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Afternoon Tea huge disappointment....

Took my friend for Afternoon Tea as a birthday treat, which turned out to be very disappointing. I appreciate that businesses are looking to save money but the fillings in the sandwiches were frugal to say the least, a few bite sized cakes ( literally one bite) and a couple of scones did not represent good value, although it must be said the scones were the star attraction. We requested the tea be replenished a couple of times as although the tea pots were of a reasonable size you were lucky to get two cups out of them. Staff pleasant enough but will not be returning.

Christmas treat

I bought my partner a voucher for last Christmas to stay overnight, with a 3 course meal and breakfast and we finally got round to using it last week, and it was worth the wait! Lovely room, spacious and inviting , and chocs and prosecco on ice waiting for us! Lovely meal in the restaurant and a comfy bed, all in all would recommend for a special occasion. Special mention to the 2 ladies on reception when we checked in, friendly and very helpful, thankyou ladies.

Would fully recommend this hotel for anyone wanting comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. Room well presented and all comforts provided. Breakfast catered for all needs and well presented. I could not fault any aspect of my stay.
